- 1/3 c. lard
- 2 tbsp. water
- For 1 (9 inch) quiche you will need: 1 (2 1/2 ounce.)
- jar dry beef, slivered or possibly minced 1 (3 ounce.)
- can minced mushrooms, liquid removed 1 sm.
- onion, minced 2 tbsp.
- butter 3/4 c. (3 ounce.)
- shredded Swiss cheese 2 tbsp.
- all-purpose flour 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. lowfat milk Few dashes of warm pepper sauce
