Delicious and Healthy Sweet & Sour Pork With Chicken Tenders

  1. Cut the chicken tenders into bite sized pieces and soak in unlisted (1 tablespoon sake, 1 teaspoon soy sauce).
  2. Let soak until it's basically time to use the chicken.
  3. Cut the carrots into long, thin strips, cut the onions into 1-2 cm slices, cut the green peppers into chunks, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into bite sized pieces.
  4. Mix the ingredients together.
  5. Coat a frying pan with oil, and saute everything.
  6. Lightly saute the green peppers last out of everything else.
  7. After sauteing, take it all out onto a plate temporarily.
  8. Stir the katakuriko into Step 1, coat the frying pan with oil, and pan-fry.
  9. If it looks like it is going to burn, add in a bit of water, and steam it.
  10. After it has cooked through, add in the plate of vegetables, coat well in the ingredients, and it is done.
