Black Quinoa With Avocado, Almonds, and Honey

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil.
  2. Rinse dry quinoa well by placing in a sieve and rinsing with cold water until water runs clear.
  3. Whisk the grains into the boiling water.
  4. Return to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 17 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Fluff with a fork and top with almond milk, avocado, almonds, and honey.
