Veggie Burgers

  1. Cook and rinse black beans.
  2. Then mash with potato masher.
  3. Cook quinoa set aside .
  4. Mince onions, bell pepper, and jalapeno together in a food processor or by hand.
  5. Saute jalapeno onion garlic bellpepper and kale in olive oil.
  6. Add cumin .
  7. In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together with the eggs .
  8. Mix until the the texture is consistent.
  9. Then begin to form pattys.
  10. Place the pattys on a baking sheet or oiled baking tray.
  11. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bottom.
  12. Bake at 400F for 15 mins .
