Crockpot Maple Glazed Meatballs
- 1- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup Maple Syrup Or Maple Flavored Syrup
- 13 cups Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Quick Cooking Tapioca
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Allspice
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 28 ounces, weight To 32 Ounces Frozen Meatballs (I Used All Beef)
- 20 ounces, weight Can Pineapple Chunks, Drained
- Combine the ketchup, maple syrup, soy sauce, tapioca, allspice, and mustard in the crockpot insert and stir to combine.
- Carefully stir the meatballs and pineapple into the ketchup mixture.
- Cover and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
- Stir before serving.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- Nom, nom, nom.
- Serves 6.
