Chicken Ala Maggie
- 10 whole Chicken Breasts
- 4 cans Cream Of Chicken And Herb Soup
- 2 containers Sour Cream
- 1 cup White Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- Paprika
- A Large Mixture Of Your Favorite Homemade Stuffing Or, For Ease Of Use, 5 Boxes Stovetop Stuffing For Chicken
- Cut each chicken breast in half.
- Make stuffing mix according to package directions or make your own favorite stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, wine, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mound stuffing into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- Top each mound with a chicken breast.
- Pour soup mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Uncover, lower to 325 degrees and bake another 40 minutes.
- This recipe can be split or modified easily.
