Southwest Burger

  1. Preheat grill or nonstick skillet to medium-high.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ground sirloin, seasoning, cilantro and scallions and form into a patty about 1/2"-inch thick.
  3. Grill patty 3-4 minutes each side.
  4. At the last minute of cooking, top patty with pepper jack cheese.
  5. Spread one side of the roll with ketchup and sprinkle hot sauce to taste.
  6. Top patty with sliced tomato, onion, avocado and lettuce.
