Apricot-Ginger Fizz Mixer

  1. Bring ginger, sugar, and 1/2 cup water to a boil, stirring.
  2. Reduce heat; stir until sugar has dissolved.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Put apricot nectar into a large container; stir in ginger mixture.
  5. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
  6. Strain; pour into an airtight bottle.
  7. Mixer can be refrigerated up to 1 week.
