Pork Chamba
- 2 carrots , cubed
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 kg pork, slightly thin-sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Boil the pork meat for 15-20 minutes to tender.
- Set aside
- Saute onions and garlic, then add carrots and potatoes.
- Saute for around 3 minutes
- Add the boiled pork and saute, then add bell pepper
- Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
- Simmer and stir it for few times within 20 minutes.
