Pork Chamba

  1. Boil the pork meat for 15-20 minutes to tender.
  2. Set aside
  3. Saute onions and garlic, then add carrots and potatoes.
  4. Saute for around 3 minutes
  5. Add the boiled pork and saute, then add bell pepper
  6. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar.
  7. Simmer and stir it for few times within 20 minutes.
