Sweet & Sour Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Squueze out as much juice as possible from sauerkraut.
  3. Slice apples (with peel) into 1/4 inch slices.
  4. Place 6 aluminum foil squares on the counter and place a pork chop in each one.
  5. Top with sauerkraut, brown sugar, and finally the apples.
  6. Seal foil squares completely.
  7. Place packets in a 9X13 pan and add just a little water to the bottom of pan.
  8. Bake for at least an hour but the longer the better and more tender.
  9. Enjoy!
