Sweet & Sour Pork Chops
- 6 pork chops (bone in)
- 2 -3 apples
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Squueze out as much juice as possible from sauerkraut.
- Slice apples (with peel) into 1/4 inch slices.
- Place 6 aluminum foil squares on the counter and place a pork chop in each one.
- Top with sauerkraut, brown sugar, and finally the apples.
- Seal foil squares completely.
- Place packets in a 9X13 pan and add just a little water to the bottom of pan.
- Bake for at least an hour but the longer the better and more tender.
