Spinach and Bacon Cheese Toast

  1. Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread.
  2. If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.
  3. Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces.
  4. Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle.
  5. (Seefor the boiling method.)
  6. Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.
  7. Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
  8. Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
