Spinach and Bacon Cheese Toast
- 1 slice Bread (any kind)
- 1 small bunch Boiled spinach
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Soup stock granules
- 1 slice Easy melting cheese
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Spread the mayonnaise on a slice of bread.
- If using a squeeze-type, use a spoon or knife to spread the mayonnaise evenly.
- Drain the spinach and cut into 2 cm pieces.
- Place on the bread and crush the soup stock granules over the bread to sprinkle.
- (Seefor the boiling method.)
- Cut the bacon into 2 cm strips and place on top of the spinach.
- Place the cheese on top and sprinkle some salt and pepper over it.
- Toast in a toaster oven until it looks crispy and golden.
