Grande Calamari Brochette Oriental Recipe

  1. One portion serving.
  2. Prepare a brochette by alternating squid miniatures with mushrooms, tomato and zucchini.
  3. Combine soy sauce, peanut oil, teriyaki marinade, and garlic to make a marinade.
  4. Place brochette in marinade for 1 hour, turning periodically to get full exposure.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350a degrees till zucchini becomes tender (approximately 15-20 min).
  6. Serve on a bed of rice.
