Easy Cold Ramen Noodles with Somen Noodles
- 1 bunch Somen noodles
- 100 ml Mentsuyu (diluted)
- 100 ml Cold milk
- 1 few drops Ra-yu (or sesame oil)
- 1 optional Thinly sliced cucmber
- 1 optional Boiled egg
- 1 optional Nori seaweed
- Boil the somen noodles.
- In the meantime, mix the ingredients in a bowl, and make soup.
- Rinse the freshly cooked somen noodles under cold running water, and add into the soup.
- Add cucumber, boiled egg, and nori seaweed, etc., as toppings if you like.
