Pear and Blueberry Waffles

  1. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl, gradually whisk in egg and milk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold through the egg whites.
  3. Divide batter into 6 then pour 1/6 of the batter into a lightly oiled waffle maker and cook until golden.
  4. Repeat to make 6 waffles.
  5. Mix Philly* and maple syrup together until smooth.
  6. Spread Philly* mixture onto waffles.
  7. Top with pear slices and blueberries.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
