Savory Turkey Enpanadas

  1. stir together first six ingriedients.
  2. season with salt and pepper.
  3. preheat oven to 400.
  4. unroll each pie crust and lightly roll each into a 12 inch circle.
  5. cut pieces into six inch circles.
  6. place about three tablespoons turkey mixture into each dough center.
  7. fold dough over filling, pressing edges with a fork to seal.
  8. arrange pies on a slightly greased baking sheet.
  9. brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  10. bake at 400 for twenty minutes.
  11. serve with warmed gravy as a dipping sauce.
