Honey-Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 carrot, cut diagonally into thin slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 4 green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
- 2 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat.
- Add chicken, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min.
- or until chicken is evenly browned.
- Add peppers and carrots; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done.
- Add onions; stir-fry 1 min.
- Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec.
- Serve with rice.
