Honey-Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high heat.
  3. Add chicken, garlic and ginger; stir-fry 5 min.
  4. or until chicken is evenly browned.
  5. Add peppers and carrots; stir-fry 5 to 6 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is done.
  7. Add onions; stir-fry 1 min.
  8. Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 30 sec.
  9. Serve with rice.
