Brown's Whole Wheat Waffles

  1. Combine the first four ingredients and set aside.
  2. Combine yeast, water, honey and cooked oat bran and let rest a few minutes.
  3. Then add the soy milk and lemon juice, mix well, and combine with the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into a hot waffle iron and cook for 7 minutes.
  5. Serve with pure maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon, or no-sugar pure fruit jam.
