Basic Lowfat Muffins Recipe

  1. (1 Dozen)
  2. Preheat oven to 425 F.Mix dry ingredients together.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together.
  4. Add in wet ingredients to dry.
  5. Add in any of fruit listed below.
  6. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full.
  7. Bake 18 - 20 minutes.
  8. fruit: 1 C. blueberries3/4 C. cherries, pitted and halved1/2 C. raisens or possibly dates1 apple, peeled and minced, plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon

whole wheat flour, sugar, salt, baking pwdr, milk, water, egg, applesauce
