Smoked Paprika Roasted Chicken Breasts
- 4 whole Chicken Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Dry off the chicken so that sauce will adhere to it.
- Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Rub mixture in a fairly thick layer over the entire chicken.
- Place on a shallow baking sheet lined with foil.
- (Optional: Loosely tent the chicken with an additional piece of foil to keep the chicken moist.)
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
- *Splenda can be used in place of the sugar to keep this a low glycemic dish.
