Smoked Paprika Roasted Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Dry off the chicken so that sauce will adhere to it.
  3. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Rub mixture in a fairly thick layer over the entire chicken.
  6. Place on a shallow baking sheet lined with foil.
  7. (Optional: Loosely tent the chicken with an additional piece of foil to keep the chicken moist.)
  8. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
  9. *Splenda can be used in place of the sugar to keep this a low glycemic dish.
