• 14 cup fat free cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon fat-free caramel topping
• 2 quaker chocolate crunch rice cakes
• 2 teaspoons chopped pecans, toasted
• 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

1. Stir together cream cheese and caramel topping in small bowl until smooth.
2. Spread mixture over rice cake, dividing evenly.
3. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
4. Yields 1 cheesecake per serving.
