Pineapple Orange Sunshine Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
- 1 (20 ounce.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) pkg. cheesecake filling mix (Jello Brand)
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 (9 ounce.) Cold Whip
- Combine cake mix, oil, oranges and Large eggs.
- Bake in 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans for 15 to 20 min at 325 degrees.
- Cold layers.
- ICING: Combine 20 oz can pineapple (undrained), 1 Tbsp.
- sugar, cheesecake filling mix and lowfat sour cream.
- Then mix in Cold Whip.
- Ice and chill.
- Cake can be decorated with mandarin orange slices.
