Don't Worry, Be Crabby

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350F.
  2. In a food processor or blender, whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  5. Spoon crabmeat mixture into dish.
  6. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Let cool, uncovered, for five minutes before serving.
  9. Serve as spread with crackers.
