Don't Worry, Be Crabby
- 1 1/4 cups low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 pkg (250g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup grated Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. each LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce and dry mustard powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3-4 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 lb. lump crabmeat
- Triscuit Original Crackers
- PREHEAT oven to 350F.
- In a food processor or blender, whirl cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Transfer to a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spray a medium casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Spoon crabmeat mixture into dish.
- Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Let cool, uncovered, for five minutes before serving.
- Serve as spread with crackers.
