Balti Vegetable Curry Recipe

  1. Heat spray in pan, add in mixed vegetables and stir fry for about five min.
  2. Add in Balti Sauce and stir-fry till warm and bubbling.
  3. Lower heat, cover, and simmer ten to fifteen min till vegetables are cooked.
  4. If sauce looks dry, add in 1/4 c. of vegetable stock or possibly water.
  5. Add in salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and garam masala.
  7. Serve it over some bismati rice, and you've really got something.
  8. Serrano peppers are pretty warm, so cut down on them if your a wuss.
