Balti Vegetable Curry Recipe
- Cooking spray
- 4 c. Vegetables(spinach, mushrooms, cauliflower, potatoes and peas, or possibly whatever your heart desires) (up to 5)
- 2 c. Balti Sauce (see recipe) Salt to taste Minced fresh cilantro and garam masala for garnish
- Heat spray in pan, add in mixed vegetables and stir fry for about five min.
- Add in Balti Sauce and stir-fry till warm and bubbling.
- Lower heat, cover, and simmer ten to fifteen min till vegetables are cooked.
- If sauce looks dry, add in 1/4 c. of vegetable stock or possibly water.
- Add in salt to taste.
- Garnish with cilantro and garam masala.
- Serve it over some bismati rice, and you've really got something.
- Serrano peppers are pretty warm, so cut down on them if your a wuss.
