Parmesan Wonton Crackers

  2. Cut the square wonton wrappers in half to form rectangles.

  4. Lay wonton pieces out in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until wonton wrappers are light brown and crispy.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
