Easy Marinated Vegetables Recipe

  1. Add 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, 2 cups cauliflower florets, 1 cup sliced carrots and 1 cup red bell pepper chunks to a large saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add 1 bottle (8 oz.)
  5. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing and mix lightly to coat all vegetables.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight until well chilled.
  7. Drain just before serving.
  8. Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
