Veal Cutlets Recipe
- 8 veal cutlets
- 2 sliced onions
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 sm. cans Hunt's tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
- Brown onions in butter.
- Add in veal cutlets and brown.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and tomato sauce; pour over veal cutlets.
- Cover and simmer slowly till cutlets are tender.
- Add in liquid removed mushrooms and serve over rice.
