Chicken En'creme Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place skinless chicken in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix soup, cider, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic and mushrooms thoroughly.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
  6. Baste occasionally with sauce.
  7. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  8. After baking 1 hour, sprinkle again with paprika.
  9. Serves 6.
  10. Serve with rice.
  11. I use UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice, following the directions on box and garnish with slivered almonds and mandarin orange sections.
