Coconut-almond Smoothies

  1. Line baking sheets or tray with plastic wrap.
  2. Arrange banana in a single layer on baking sheet.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
  4. Pour milk into a blender; add coconut, almond butter, vanilla, and banana.
  5. Cover and blend until smooth.
