How to Roast Pumpkin Seeds

  1. After removing seeds from pumpkin clean them up.
  2. Soak them in salty water for about eight hours, drain on a paper towel and roast them on a baking sheet at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Be sure to stir them frequently.
  4. When you bite into them or crack them open, you'll find a tasty kernel inside.
