Icy Olive Soup

  1. Stir yogurt in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Add chicken broth again whisking until smooth.
  3. Stir in the olives, cucumber, green onion and green pepper.
  4. Season with white pepper and refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours.
  5. Garnish with croutons as you wish just before serving.
