Deep Fried Pork Lard
- Cut the pork lard into cubes then pan fried it for about 20 minutes or longer till its,lightly brown and start to float and not burn
- Drain the crispy pork lard on papper towel and reserved pork oil for other used
- Few recipe that i used with this ,,Great topping and great filling for chinese burrito /popiah ,fried noodle and fried rice ,fried vegetables too
