Deep Fried Pork Lard

  1. Cut the pork lard into cubes then pan fried it for about 20 minutes or longer till its,lightly brown and start to float and not burn
  2. Drain the crispy pork lard on papper towel and reserved pork oil for other used
  3. Few recipe that i used with this ,,Great topping and great filling for chinese burrito /popiah ,fried noodle and fried rice ,fried vegetables too
