TT's Roasted Chicken & Veggies

  1. Preheat oven 425A
  2. Spray shallow metal baking pan with olive oil.
  3. Combine in large bowl and set aside.
  4. Chop
  5. Add ingredients to your large bowl with seasoning mix & cover evenly.
  6. Spread season covered chicken & veggies evenly in oiled metal baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle with garlic powder (keep in mind there is garlic in seasoning packet this is for garlic lovers )
  8. Bake in preheated 425A oven for 30min.
  9. Turn chicken & toss veggies
  10. Set to broil and cook for additional 15min tossing veggies frequently until browned.
