Cherry Almond Quinoa Granola Bars

  1. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, extending over edges.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine butter, brown sugar, almond butter and honey in saucepan.
  4. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in almond extract and vanilla.
  7. Add all remaining ingredients; stir until well coated.
  8. Press mixture into prepared pan.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Cover; refrigerate bars 8 hours or overnight.
  11. Cut into bars.
  12. Wrap each bar in plastic food wrap or waxed paper.
  13. Store refrigerated.
