Tuna Burgers

  1. Place tuna in a food processor and pulse until the tuna reaches the consistency of ground beef.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, garlic, soy sauce, scallions, red pepper, sesame oil and ground ginger.
  3. Mix with hands until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Form into four large patties.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium high heat.
  6. Add the tuna patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side (medium), 4 minutes for medium-rare.
  7. Place on bun and add condiments.
  8. Enjoy!
