Creamy Corn Pudding
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 12 cup butter
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- Melt butter.
- Beat the egg and then add to butter.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and pour into an 8 or 9 inch lightly-greased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
