Cracker Toffee
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray cookie sheet with olive oil and put crackers on sheet with edges touching.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan, stirring constantly.
- Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a knife.
- Bake for 5 minutes- toffee should be bubbly.
- Remove from oven and cool.
- Break into bite size pieces.
