Asian Shrimp Delight
- 6 jumbo shrimp
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb green cabbage
- 2 lbs nappy cabbage
- 1 red onion
- 2 carrots
- 12 lb purple cabbage
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 rice wine vinegar
- 5 tablespoons sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted)
- peel, devein, and open up the shrimp.
- put soy sauce, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 3tbsp rice wine vinegar, and peanut butter in a bowl.
- mix well.
- place shrimp in the bowl and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- cut up the green cabbage, nappy cabbage, purple cabbage, onion, and carrots.
- in a mixing bowl place mayonnaise, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well.
- combine cut vegetables and mayonnaise mixture, making sure the mixture is coating all the vegetables.
- grill the shrimp.
- place coleslaw on a plate and 1 shrimp on top.
