Pickled Beets Recipe
- 2 cans sliced beets
- Liquid from 1 can beets
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sm. onions, sliced
- Bring beet liquid, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and onion to boil.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Add in beets and bring back to boil.
- Remove from heat; refrigerateand serve.
