Chips Ahoy Custard Pudding

  1. Overlap the cookies into a 2 litre baking dish.
  2. Whisk the milk with the eggs, caster sugar and vanilla and pour over cookies.
  3. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 180C for 20 minutes, or until set.
