Mahogany Pork and Vegetables

  1. Combine pork, sugar, soy sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic in medium bowl.
  2. Combine vegetables in another large bowl.
  3. Spray each bowl with 10 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!
  4. Spray Original; toss to coat.
  5. Preheat 12-inch nonstick skillet and add vegetables.
  6. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove to serving platter; cover and keep warm.
  8. Preheat same skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork in batches, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until pork is done.
  9. To serve, top vegetables with pork.
  10. *Such as Tabasco.
