Bacon-wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 6 whole Jalapenos, Stemmed, Seeded, And Cut Into Quarters (each Half Cut Into Two)
- 8 slices Long Thin-cut Bacon, Cut Into Thirds
- Note: You can prep these way ahead of time and grill or broil them whenever youd like to eat!
- Mash the cream cheese, garlic, and seasoned salt together in a small bowl with a fork.
- Scoop a bit of cream cheese mixture into each pepper segment, then wrap with a section of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Cook, broil or grill, flipping as needed, until the bacon is crispy and slightly charred and the pepper is slightly softened.
- Enjoy!
- Health tip: Turkey bacon and fat free or low fat cream cheese work great in this dish, and really lower the calorie and fat content!
