Chili With Black Beans Recipe

• 3/4 c. black beans
• 1 pound beef stew
• 1/4 c. bacon grease
• 1/4 c. onion
• 1/4 c. green peppers
• 1/2 c. diced green chilies
• 3 tbsp. tomato paste
• 4 beef bouillon
• 1/4 teaspoon grnd cumin
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
• 1 c. Monterey Jack Or possibly cheddar

1. Cook in crockpot for 6 hrs.
