Turkey Curry with Cashews

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetables and apples; cook 5 min.
  3. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in garlic and curry powder; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Add Turkey Stock, turkey and nuts; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in cooking creme; cook on low heat 3 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Serve over rice.
