The Ultimate Steak Omelet

  1. Fruit Salad: Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Heat oil in omelet pan on medium heat.
  4. Add 1/2 cup eggs; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until almost done; remove from heat.
  6. Top with 1/3 cup each hash browns and steak, 1 Tbsp.
  7. each cheese and steak sauce, 3 Tbsp.
  8. spinach and 2 Tbsp.
  9. onions; roll up and place on plate.
  10. Serve with 1/2 cup Fruit Salad.
