Oriental Style Flank Steak

  1. Score steaks on both sides.
  2. Pour remaining ingredients over meat.
  3. Cover and marinate in fridge several hours or overnight turning once.
  4. Cook meat till done brushing with the marinade.
  5. To serve carve steak across grain with slanted knife into thin slices.
