Milk and Curry Soup
- 3 Vienna sausage
- 1 medium Potato
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 40 grams Carrot
- 200 ml Water
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 tsp Bonito based dashi stock granules
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 Dried parsley
- Dice the carrot, potato, and onion into small cubes.
- Cover the carrot and potato with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
- Slice the sausages diagonally.
- Add a small amount of oil in a deep pan.
- Pan-fry the sausage.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry.
- Add curry powder and continue to stir-fry.
- Add water and ingredients.
- Simmer until the vegetables are thoroughly cooked.
- Add milk and butter and bring it to a boil.
- It's done.
- Dish it up and top with dried parsley if you like.
