Milk and Curry Soup

  1. Dice the carrot, potato, and onion into small cubes.
  2. Cover the carrot and potato with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
  3. Slice the sausages diagonally.
  4. Add a small amount of oil in a deep pan.
  5. Pan-fry the sausage.
  6. Add vegetables and stir-fry.
  7. Add curry powder and continue to stir-fry.
  8. Add water and ingredients.
  9. Simmer until the vegetables are thoroughly cooked.
  10. Add milk and butter and bring it to a boil.
  11. It's done.
  12. Dish it up and top with dried parsley if you like.
