Luau London Broil

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lemon or lime juice, ginger, sugar, and olive oil until well combined.
  2. Place the London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the meat.
  3. Seal the bag and toss the meat well to coat it completely with the marinade.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  6. Remove the London broil from the bag and drain off any excess marinade.
  7. Grill for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  8. Transfer to a plate and tent with foil.
  9. Allow the meat to rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Slice against the grain into thin slices and serve immediately, or refrigerate to enjoy as leftovers for up to 3 days.
