Peppermint and Chocolate Covered Oreo

• 12 Oreo cookies
• 45 g White Chocolate
• 45 g Dark Chocolate
• 2 peppermint candy canes

1. Crush the candy cane.
2. Melt each kind of chocolate in a double boiler.
3. Dip Oreos into the melted chocolate and place onto parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
5. Cool in the refrigerator until set.
6. Yum!
