Filling Sweet-n-Spicy Rice Bowl

  1. Cut the leek at an angle into thin slices, mince the garlic, and chop the pork belly into easy-to-eat sized pieces.
  2. In a heated pan with oil, add garlic, pork belly, and leek in that order and stir-fry on high.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the ingredients.
  4. Turn the stove on high and heat until cooked through.
  5. Serve over piping hot rice topped with raw egg yolk.
