Filling Sweet-n-Spicy Rice Bowl
- 150 grams - 200 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 stock White part of a Japanese leek
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 use as much (to taste) Hot cooked white rice
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp each Sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Doubanjiang
- Cut the leek at an angle into thin slices, mince the garlic, and chop the pork belly into easy-to-eat sized pieces.
- In a heated pan with oil, add garlic, pork belly, and leek in that order and stir-fry on high.
- Turn off the heat and add the ingredients.
- Turn the stove on high and heat until cooked through.
- Serve over piping hot rice topped with raw egg yolk.
