Custard Pudding
- 1 Egg
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Caramel sauce
- Beat the egg well in a bowl.
- Add the sugar to the milk and gently heat.
- Add the egg, mix well and then strain.
- If you are making them in pudding moulds, thinly coat the moulds with butter.
- Pour in the caramel sauce.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the moulds.
- Line up on a baking tray filled with water, and steam bake for 30 minutes at 170C.
- Chill in the fridge.
